Coming from a lower-middle-class background with a family income primarily derived from agriculture, Sandeep faced challenges due to limited exposure to digital tools and a Hindi-medium education. Seeking to enhance his skills and career prospects, he enrolled in Digikul’s three-month training program in Delhi.
The program focused on fundamental computer operations and essential digital tools, providing Sandeep with the necessary skills to navigate the digital landscape. Digikul also offered support in interview preparation and job search strategies, contributing to Sandeep’s successful integration into the professional workforce.
Sandeep’s journey exemplifies the positive impact of Digikul’s training and support initiatives on participants with limited digital exposure. His transition from a village setting to a formal job in Noida underscores the effectiveness of targeted digital skill development programs in empowering youth and bridging the digital divide.
