In the face of adversity during the Covid pandemic, Sudarshan Namdev lost his job. Undeterred by the setback, he turned to teaching home tuition to make ends meet. Recognizing the potential for entrepreneurship, Sudarshan enrolled in our program, seeking a pathway to self-sufficiency.

Guided by our mentor’s insightful suggestions, Sudarshan, utilizing the strategic location of his home on a main road, initiated a small stationary shop. With a meager investment of just 1500 rupees, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey. His approach was deliberate; he engaged with villagers and customers, understanding their needs and reinvesting every rupee earned back into the business.

Under the consistent guidance and hands-on support of our mentorship, Sudarshan expanded his offerings to include mobile accessories. His perseverance and strategic reinvestment bore fruit, transforming his modest shop into a flourishing business. Today, Sudarshan’s stationary store boasts a well-stocked inventory worth more than 1 lakh rupees.

Sudarshan Namdev’s success extends beyond inventory growth; it resonates in the financial realm. Generating a monthly profit of around 15,000 rupees, Sudarshan’s journey stands as a testament to the power of determination, strategic planning, and the impactful support provided by our mentorship program.
