At D.I.S.H.A., we believe in the power of hands-on learning to shape successful entrepreneurs. Our approach is designed to equip youth with practical skills and real-world experience. Here’s how we do it:
D.I.S.H.A. is a personalized 6-month program, primarily conducted online with a few in-person bootcamps. Each online session comes with assignments tailored to advance your business idea and enhance clarity. Throughout the program, you will participate in four monthly sessions with seasoned entrepreneurs who have faced similar challenges and will provide practical guidance, address your specific issues, and support your journey. From the second week, you’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor who will offer ongoing, personalized support to help you succeed.
Our goal is to empower you to overcome obstacles and succeed, so you can create opportunities and inspire other youths within your community.

Yes, the program is open to youths with business ideas as well as those who have already started their micro-enterprises.
No, there are no education level requirements. The program is open to everyone, regardless of whether you have completed school, college, or have not pursued formal education.
The program lasts for 6 months, with most sessions conducted online and a few in-person bootcamps.

While the program itself is free, eligible participants demonstrating clear progress may receive seed grant support to help launch their business.

Training will be conducted through a Learning Management System (LMS) with self-paced video sessions. Each session lasts 30 minutes and can be completed from anywhere and at any time. Sessions must be finished within the given timeframe, and each includes an assignment to be completed.
Each week, you will have one live session with an entrepreneur and one session to discuss your progress and challenges.
