About the Program

Scale-Smart is a 2-day interactive online workshop designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners accelerate their business growth through practical strategies and expert mentorship.

This workshop is part of Firgun Social Initiatives Foundation’s Youth Entrepreneurship and Self-Employment (YES) Mission and is tailored for youth and women entrepreneurs looking to scale their ventures.

Day 1: Rajat Kumar Mishra

Product Management Specialist | VP Product & Strategic Partnerships, PanScience AI Healthcare

Rajat Kumar Mishra is a product and business strategy specialist with over 6 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams across B2B, B2C, and B2G segments. Currently serving as VP of Product and Strategic Partnerships at Pan Science AI Healthcare, Rajat has led successful collaborations with over 200 hospitals, 50 firms, and 20 channel partners.

His expertise spans:
Product Development & Go-to-Market Strategy (GTM)
User Persona Creation & Competitive Analysis
Cross-functional Team Leadership and Agile Scrum

With a strong academic background, including an MPhil-PhD from JNU and a Postgraduate Certificate in Product Management from Duke University, Rajat is passionate about fostering inclusive entrepreneurship and delivering innovative product solutions.

Day 2: Priyank Sharma

Banking & Finance Expert | MBA in Finance and Marketing

Priyank Sharma is a seasoned banking professional with over 19 years of experience in the financial services industry, having held key roles at Standard Chartered Bank, HDFC, Yes Bank, and Fullerton (Singapore-based NBFC). Since 2016, Priyank has been working as a consultant, providing financial advisory services to businesses across diverse sectors.

Since its inception, the YES Program has supported over 1,800 youth and women entrepreneurs, helping establish 1,300+ micro-enterprises.
