Our journey begins with 'Inspire,' a phase that mirrors the essence of our organization. Here, we delve into the spirits of our youth, seeking the embers of ambition that may have been hidden. We're not just trainers; we're motivators and mentors who believe in the transformative power of a single spark. Our mentors work tirelessly to ensure that our candidates remain unwavering, even in the face of life's hurdles. We're not just lighting a fire; we're guarding it against the winds of doubt.
In the 'Strengthen' phase, our focus is on the core. We know that success in entrepreneurship isn't just about passion; it's also about knowledge and skills. Our programs are carefully designed to meet local needs, ensuring that young individuals understand the essence of their chosen enterprise. We equip them with the tools they need – from business management to financial literacy – to nurture their ambitions.
'Enable' is where we transition from teachers to guides. We're there on the ground, beside the candidates, as they take their first steps into the world of entrepreneurship. We understand that the first six months can be the most challenging, so we provide unwavering support and mentorship. Our hand-holding ensures that they're not alone on their journey and that they have a steady guide as they navigate the complexities of the market

This phase also helps us spot those individuals with an innate passion for success.
‘Sutra B’ is where we lay the groundwork for success. We know that every entrepreneur needs a strong foundation in business fundamentals. From understanding the right products and markets to handling inventory and tackling the intricacies of running a business, we ensure our aspiring entrepreneurs have the skills needed to thrive.
In ‘Sutra C,’ we dive deep into the heart of each chosen entrepreneurial endeavor. Whether it’s sewing, carpentry, retail, or any other trade, we believe that expertise is the key to success. Our training equips our entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen field, stand out in the market, control costs, maintain product quality, and build a satisfied customer base.
‘Sutra D’ ushers our entrepreneurs into the digital age. We provide them with the tools they need to leverage modern digital platforms for payments, marketing, and management. In today’s world, digital commerce is the way forward. Our training covers essential activities like applying for online GST and PAN, managing bulk product orders, and harnessing platforms like Facebook Marketplace, WhatsApp Business, PhonePe, Paytm, KhataBook, and more.
In ‘Sutra E,’ we focus on cultivating empathy – both for the customer and for our entrepreneurs themselves. We want our aspiring business owners to deeply connect with their customers, understanding their needs and desires. Our mentors play a crucial role, visiting and guiding these entrepreneurs with compassion, extending a helping hand and ensuring their success.
