The Learning Assessment and Management Platform (LAMP) is a crucial component of our program, designed to facilitate efficient training, resource sharing, data management, and monitoring of mentors and AMEs. LAMP serves as a comprehensive online platform that supports the entire lifecycle of the program, offering a range of features and functionalities to enhance the learning experience and program outcomes.
The Learning Assessment and Management Platform (LAMP) facilitates mentor training for Module ABCDE, ensuring mentors are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to guide and mentor AMEs effectively. The platform also incorporates interactive features such as quizzes and assessments, enabling mentors to evaluate their understanding and monitor their learning progress within the modules. By utilizing LAMP, mentors can continually enhance their knowledge and expertise, contributing to the overall success of the program.
Moreover, LAMP also provides a comprehensive resource library that encompasses all the necessary content and resources to support mentors and AMEs throughout the program. This includes tutorials on crucial aspects such as applying for PAN, GST, business licenses like FSSAI, and other essential guidelines for navigating regulatory requirements.
Mentors can conveniently update and submit field visit reports through the LAMP. This feature ensures that critical information and observations from field visits are systematically recorded, enabling effective monitoring, evaluation, and support for AMEs. It allows mentors to track the progress of AMEs, identify challenges, and provide timely guidance and assistance.
LAMP acts as a comprehensive database for profiling AMEs, capturing their personal details, educational background, work experience, financial information, and enterprise-related details. This centralized repository enables efficient record-keeping and easy retrieval of information.
