Youth Entrepreneurship & Self-Employment Program

The YES Program is a dedicated 6-month offline initiative designed to empower youths with the skills and support needed to establish and grow their micro enterprises. Tailored for individuals aiming to start both in Farm and Non-Farm based activities, this program provides hands-on support through localized mentorship and practical guidance.

Participants are paired with mentors who provide on-site visits to their business locations, offering tailored guidance and practical solutions to address specific challenges. The program is structured into cohorts based on geographic regions, promoting community support and collaboration. Through targeted offline training sessions, participants acquire essential business skills needed for effective management and growth. This comprehensive support system ensures that entrepreneurs receive continuous, relevant assistance throughout the 6-month journey.

In Module A, we empower mentors and AMEs with motivation, goal setting, and positivity. It helps mentors identify highly motivated AMEs, ensuring program success.

Module C offers tailored training and guidance to hone expertise in the chosen entrepreneurial field. Participants gain industry-specific knowledge and skills for success.

YES  program facilitates seamless procurement and sales connections for micro-entrepreneurs. We guide you in sourcing materials efficiently while expanding your reach in sales, ensuring a thriving and sustainable enterprise.
We assist micro-entrepreneurs in accessing government schemes, grants, and connect them with NBFCs for financing options, ensuring a solid financial foundation for their enterprises
